Dust

And, here's my blurb for it:
In the alternative history of Dust (based on the comic by
12 Gauge comics) the discovery of alien technologies and vast
new power sources changes the direction of World War II.
Governments collapse and national boundaries are erased. As a
faction leader you must build up your infrastructure, then
battle for supremacy with land, sea and air forces in this
richly atmospheric strategy game.
