Congrats on your new car, Dave!

I owned a 1994 SL1 for a few years...very cheap transportation! I paid $1500 for mine (back in 2004) - it had 138,000 miles on it and it didn't need any significant repairs during the time I owned it. When I got rid of it, it had 191,000 miles on it. Suffice to say I got my money's worth out of it!

Oh, and I keep an eerily-similar Excel spreadsheet on all my vehicles...

Beloved Saturn

You know, if I were a wealthier guy, I wouldn't sell the Saturn. I'd keep it for once-in-a-while use; maybe for trips down to NYC or something. But alas, I'm not that wealthy, and the money will come in handy towards the new car. But I part with it with more than a little twinge of sorrow. It's been a great car for me.
