Questions

I sent out some questions I'd like you to answer about your characters. I also will be sending out, hopefully later today, individual e-mails with questions about your character to help me firm up your character sheets and get any problems out of the way before we start.

Here is a list of the questions I sent out to everybody. If you want to respond here, go ahead. If you'd rather, e-mail me the responses, or PM them to me here.

Questions:

1) How old was your character when he Exalted? (Typical ages are from late teens to mid-30s, although younger (10 or so) and older (60+) have been known to happen.

2) What profession or craft did your character pursue before they were Exalted? Do they follow it still?

3) What family did you have, if any? Are they still alive? If not, what happened to them?

4) Characters typically Exalt under pressure, often in times of mortal danger. What was your character doing when they Exalted?

5) The Unconquered Sun usually speaks words to a new Exalt at their creation. This might be the one and only time your deity will speak to you, and might be the only hint as to why you were Exalted. What did the Unconquered Sun say to you, if anything?

6) Solar Exalted are taught by the Immaculates to be Anathema, each caste having its own brand of perversion and wickedness. How does your character feel about being one of these Anathema, reviled by all should your secret become known?

7) We will likely start in Nexus. Why is your character there? Do you live there, did business take you there, did you drift here after your Exaltation?

Now that you are Solar Exalted, heirs to the throne of Creation, what are your plans? Learn of your powers and the First Age? Conquer your own kingdom? War secretly against the enemies of all, such as the Deathlords, Yozis, and Fair Folk? Or something more modest...but perhaps also more attainable? Or do you knt have any ideas as yet?
