Rpg and Misc games for sale

OK, I have been slowly selling off my rpg collection getting down to just a few games that i will have time to play. So here is my first batch of games I am going to part with (trust me more will be coming ). I am selling them first in lots and it is first come first serve.
Keep checking back also for as I price and get other games ready for sale I will post them to this thread.
I live only a few blocks from the studio so if interested let me know.
