Pendragon

Hi all, I'm starting a Pendragon campaign in the metro area. I ran a very popular campaign with 1st edition in the 90's. I'm starting a new one with 5th edition which focuses more on the earlier Celtic stories. Send me a note if you want to learn more.

I don't know the rules system, which is fine for me, but love a detailed world...so I'd be interested...give me a shout!

Hi thanks for the support! None of my players knew the rules when I began my first game, but even the least "rules savvy" among them where able to use them after the first couple of sessions. The group I'm trying to put together now consists of a few of my old players and a few new ones. The two most unusual aspects of Pendragon compared to other games are; the trait system which creates a complete playable personality for your character, and the fact that you play not one character but several characters. You play a knight who will over time marry and have a son, who them becomes your next character after the father passes away, who in turn has a son whom becomes yet another character etc... So over the course of a Pendragon campaign the characters and their families become as complex as the world in which they adventure.

I plan on running this in Brooklyn. Where are you located?
